Mars Hill Church Downtown lives for Jesus as a city within the city: knowing culture, loving people and seeing lives transformed to live for Jesus.

Downtown Seattle is the cultural epicenter of the Pacific Northwest region which makes Mars Hill Downtown a strategic outpost for sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ to the region. Mars Hill Downtown’s passion is to love city by working for the betterment of the city culturally, socially and individually by sharing Jesus in word and deed.

Mars Hill Downtown is located in the heart of a residential neighborhood in downtown Seattle known as Belltown. Neighboring areas include: Capitol Hill, South Lake Union, Uptown, Queen Anne, Pioneer Square, First Hill, Central District, and Eastlake. The Downtown campus launched March 2008 with a strong core group of 250 and has now grown to 500. Mars Hill Downtown holds two morning services and one evening service, with events, community groups and other ministries occurring throughout the week.

Pastor Gaydos talks about the story Jesus has been writing in his life and his calling to be in ministry, ultimately leading to the planting of Mars Hill Church in Downtown Seattle.
