The Top 4 Things You Need to Know This Week at Mars Hill Downtown

This week at Mars Hill Downtown Seattle

  1. New Service Times Coming!

Beginning on September 21, we are going to two AM services: 9AM -11:15AM and we will still have our 6PM service – opening up new services will allow us more seats to bring people to hear about Jesus!

Please be in prayer that God would continue to bring unbelievers into our church and into our community groups.  We have the incredible mission of sharing Jesus with downtown Seattle!

  2. The Peasant Princess – Study of the Song of Songs –beginning September 21

The same day we go to new service times, Pastor Mark will begin his new study in the Song of Songs.  This will be an incredible story following the peasant girl who married King Solomon.  Pastor Mark will examine love, sex, dating, marriage in this series.  Should be a fun ride!  Bring your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and enemies…

Also check out http://www.peasantprincess.org for more information and send an email invite to a friend.

  3. Step Up to Serve

With the addition of new services to open more room for people to hear about Jesus in downtown Seattle, that has brought more needs to make services possible.  As many of you know, almost our entire campus is run by volunteers, which means with new services we need more volunteers.  Please email: downtown@marshillchurch.org to begin serving!

  4. Learning to Lead – An interactive leadership practicum led by Pastor Dave Kraft beginning Sunday September 28 from 4:15-6pm

If you are a man or woman who has been wrestling with your place at church, how to get connected, how to lead and what it looks like…you will not want to miss this incredible and practical class led by Pastor Dave Kraft.  As a new campus we need people who love Jesus, to step up and use their gifts for him and for the church.  We strongly encourage to attend this class, become known, and become a leader.
